Access control in more than a thousand locations
Deltabit Gatekeeper is a keyless access control system based on radio frequency identification (RFID). Deltabit Gatekeeper will open locks (such as electric Abloy locks), enter access events, and guide alarm systems. It ensures that only people with the proper authorisation are allowed access.
Electronic access control is suitable for a small office, for operations involving thousands of users, and anything in between. We already have more than a thousand happy customers that have done away with keys and go over to fully keyless access control.
What does access control mean?
Managing access by people
Access control mainly means the control of people access in buildings. Who is given access, where and when? Specify people exactly the kind of access rights you want.
Door and lock management
In addition to staff management you can also control the doors. Doors can be unlocked and locked either with a timer or remotely once or for a specific period.
Controls on access and locks
You can monitor access through doors either as it happens or afterwards in a report. You can also see the status of doors and locks. Who is using which door? Are the doors and locks open or closed?

When using RFID, the management and access control of persons is easy: the ID registration and removal only takes seconds.
Having no keys means no expenses caused by replacing or looking for lost or misplaced keys.
Access rights can be limited by user or door, and managed centrally. Access control tags can be managed with a few clicks.
Alarm system management
Deltabit facilitates your alarm system management – also increasing safety. It keeps codes hidden, and the automation makes burglar alarms more versatile.
With Deltabit, you will no longer need alarm codes. When the first person opens a lock, the alarms are automatically switched off. As you leave, you can set the alarms on again manually on the reader.
Attendance monitoring
The attendance monitoring software shows you any employee’s latest movements and working time stamps.
You can check if anyone is present when someone calls. And you will know whether a person important to some task has arrived.
In dangerous situations, you can see how many people are in the area, and who they are.
Remote control of doors and door monitoring
The electronic locking system manages door monitoring and control remotely from your workstation.
You can see which doors are locked and you can unlock them without having to go there in person.
You can open a lock for a moment or time it in advance to be unlocked for the duration of an event, for example.
Working hour monitoring at your fingertips
The Deltabit Gatekeeper system can manage not only access control but also working hour monitoring.
With the time recording terminal, you can enter working hours reliably and accurately using a fob, code or fingerprint.
With a browser, you can also enter your working hours remotely from anywhere, with your phone if you like.
