Biometrics
In biometrics, identification of people is based on recognizing certain personal and unique characteristics. These characteristics are, for example, voices, DNA, iris patterns, faces and fingerprints. So far, fingerprint identification is the most common and cost-efficient biometric identification method. It is preferred because of its high reliability, ease of use and low cost. Fingerprint identification stands for both efficiency and security.
The Gatekeeper product family is based on fingerprint identification. Solutions range from single door opening devices to extensive access control networks and patient identification systems in hospitals. GatekeeperAnywhere enables the use of fingerprint identification in conjunction with already existing systems.

GatekeeperLite

Deltabit GatekeeperLite allows you to say goodbye to sets of keys that are heavy, easily lost or can be forgotten at home. GatekeeperLite is designed for opening single doors and it is especially suitable for home and small business use.
GatekeeperLite endures the harsh Nordic weather conditions and can be used both indoors and outdoors. In addition, there is possibility for occasional guests to open the door with an entry code.

GatekeeperPro
Deltabit GatekeeperPro is an access control system based on biometric fingerprint identification. It combines ease of use and security in an unprecedented way. The system opens doors, registers passages, calculates working hours and controls alarm and anti-burglary systems with one press of the finger. The security risks and costs resulting from the use of traditional keys and key cards are history.
Due to its network usability and flexibility, GatekeeperPro is being used in countless production plants, offices, companies and public organizations around the world. Thanks to its versatile software, GatekeeperPro can be connected to most existing access control and alarm systems and workstations. Registering or deleting fingerprints takes a matter of seconds and access rights can be specified separately for each user.

GatekeeperFitness
GatekeeperFitness is a system based on fingerprint identification and it is developed for gyms and fitness centers to identify both customers and personnel. The system will set customers free of carrying keys and key cards. GatekeeperFitness is easy to use for both customers and administration.
Traditional CRM systems cause a lot of unwanted costs. For example, customers may lose or forget their keys or key cards and some may lend their key cards to their friends. For these reasons, a fitness center may lose up to 20% of its profits. With GatekeeperFitness such losses resulting from the use of traditional keys and key cards are history.

GatekeeperAnywhere
GatekeeperAnywhere enables the integration of fingerprint identification with most existing systems, making them reliable and cost efficient without large investments in new equipment. GatekeeperAnywhere improves security as well as saves up to 30 % in material and administration costs when compared to traditional systems.
GatekeeperAnywhere is based on a TCP/IP- server. This allows fingerprint identification to be integrated with various access control systems, alarm systems and work time systems as well as other systems that require reliable identification. These may be workstations and customer identification systems, for example.

GatekeeperMedi
Deltabit GatekeeperMedi is a fingerprint-based system which was developed to provide reliable patient identification. It removes any unwelcome events resulting from misidentification. It has been well received by both patients and treatment personnel. The system has been especially developed for use in oncology wards but it can also be applied to many other areas in the hospital environment such as intensive care and surgery units, labs, X-ray departments etc.
GatekeeperMedi can be integrated with other systems, for instance radiotherapy solutions. Integration with GatekeeperPro access control system enables controlled access to medicine storage and pharmacy facilities etc.
